Vålerenga Fotball Elite is one of Norway's most storied football clubs, with roots dating back to 1913 and a passionate supporter community known far beyond the country's borders. With Intility Arena as their home ground — a modern stadium seating over 16,500 spectators in the heart of Oslo — the club is now ready for the next step in its development.

LEDFRONT enters as main partner, bringing specialist expertise in LED technology and digital signage. The collaboration represents a significant investment in the matchday experience at Intility Arena and will give the club, partners, and supporters an entirely new visual experience on game days.

UEFA-approved LED screens along the pitch

At the core of the delivery is a complete LED perimeter system with P8 pixel pitch and a height of 0.9 metres, stretching 246.4 metres along the pitch. The system is developed in accordance with UEFA's strict technical specifications and is certified for use in all UEFA tournaments, including the Champions League and Europa League.

The system is designed to deliver crystal-clear image quality for both spectators in the stands and TV viewers at home. With flicker-free rendering optimised for HD and 4K productions, high brightness that performs in direct sunlight, and weather-resistant construction built for Nordic conditions, this is a future-proof investment for Vålerenga Fotball Elite.

What does this mean for Vålerenga?

With a fully UEFA-approved perimeter system, entirely new opportunities open up for Vålerenga Fotball Elite. Dynamic advertising enables more advertisers per match and premium time slots at goals, half-time, and highlights. Intility Arena now meets UEFA's requirements for LED perimeter boards for European tournaments, with a continuous surface of over 246 running metres.
