Calibration is a standard part of professional LED screen maintenance, alongside cleaning and inspection. LEDFRONT performs calibration using specialised measurement equipment and software that fine-tunes brightness, colour temperature and white point at module level. The result is a screen that delivers consistent image quality — regardless of size and resolution.
Brightness uniformity measurement
We use calibrated photometers to map brightness output across the entire screen surface. Variations become measurable data — and correctable through the screen's internal calibration registers.
Colour accuracy and white point correction
We measure and correct white point, colour temperature and gamut against reference standards — critical for retail, broadcast and any application where accurate colour matters.
Module-level correction
Modern LED controllers allow brightness and colour correction at individual module and pixel level. We programme these corrections so seams between panels disappear and the full screen reads as a single uniform surface.
Before-and-after documentation
Every calibration service includes photometric measurements before and after, documented in a calibration report. This gives you full visibility into your screen's quality level.

Photometric calibration
Correction data is calculated and loaded into the screen's signal processor module by module. The process is non-destructive — we adjust only the electronic correction parameters.
Verification and fine-tuning
Post-calibration measurements confirm the achieved uniformity and colour accuracy. Where deviations exceed specification, manual fine-tuning is applied until the screen is within tolerance.
